"cx complaint is the unit not cooling well. cx said items seem warm in both sections, ice cream is sometimes soft and ice trays take to long to freeze. when i arrived unit was set a little warmer then recomended in RC and damper control in FC is set to recomended. my prob shows 10 in FC, 32 in RC. air ducts are clear. frost pattern is weak. i found comepressor pulling .51amps. unit has a SS issue and is trying to get FC to 0 causing RC to get to cold. ordering compressor and evap. schedule with SS tech when parts are avialable.; ordrng 1 W11579351 (evap) and 1 W11504450 (coupler) and 1 W11506620 (coupler) and 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11504430 (coupler) and 1 W11506619 (coupler)"

Customer complaint was in the freezer. The unit was freezing freezing in certain locations.Confirm the issue when I got into the house. I seen the freezer door was not closing all the way.Laid on the ground seen the client had Coffee packs on the bottom of the freezer that wasn't allowing the freezer to close completely move. The coffee packs test it the unit again. The door seemed to close a lot seemingly.

cx complained unit was dented in the back. confirmed cx complaint. dent was on the back sheild were compressor is. cx thought unit was damaged more. inspected unit and everything was fine. advised cx that shield is a protective covering. unit is working as should

installed both ordered switches. tested unit a dozen times unti worked as designed.

cx complaint unti is making the noise gain. inspected unit and hit start and unit is shaking and not moving. i then tried again and compactor went down and then back up and never stopped going back up. trid again and wont stop going up switch isnt working. called techline spoke to leon documented issue. ordering switchs for return; ordrng 1 WP777811 (switch) and 1 W10813586 (switch)
