"cx complaint unit off balance. checked unit to find error codes f0e9. unit in a tight location cx to make accesible then to call back to reschedule. pre id the cam to complete repair.unable to get enough clearance with dryer in spot to replace component. cx removed dryer. confirmed cam teeth wearing down. replaced from v/s tested unit working as designed; ordrng 1 W10721967 (drive pulley jw vs), used 1 W10721967 (cam jw vs) from stock"

cx complaint no ice. checked unit found icemaker not turning. replaced icemaker. tested unit working as designed. cx also needs to have plumber come by and fix water supply line coming to unit.

"cxcomplaint of unit not cooling in either compartment ,checked unit to find frost covering the evap, tried to ohm out thermistor at board was reading open,removed evap cover to find that both the brwn wire and thermistor were unplugged ,ohmed thermistor at 26k ohms, plugged back in and reseated brwn wire in connector tested unit works as designed"
