"Customer complaint is that the unit's door is locked, flashing F9E1 error code. Managed to get the door unlocked and unit emptied. Unit had standing water that would not drain. Removed drain catch and found that a chain had wrapped around the drain impeller. Drain separated and chain removed from the pump. Unit reassembled and tested. Unit is working properly."
