"cx complaint the unit is not cooing. came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. repalced all parts and put the unit back together. pressure tested, vac the system. unit passed. added r134a to the system and checked pressures in test 4. low side pressure in rc section was 20 and the fc section was 7 on the low. unit is running as designed. advised cx to monitor the unit for 24 hours and that the labor is good for 30 days."

W11506635 fan motor 126.87cx complaint the unit is not cooling. checked the unit and found that the evap in fridge is leaking. parts are covered but labor is not. quoted cx for repair. cx paid for part and service call. cx owes 500 upon return visit. cx agreed; ordrng 1 W11492867 (evaporator) and 1 W10832994 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier) and 1 W11506635 (port) and 1 w11087438 (fan motor)

"cx complaint the unit is very noisy. checked the uitn and no error codes stored. checked underneath and found a ton of oil leaking from the gearcase all on to the motor, pulley, shield, etc. so much oil that the nut on the pulley was able to back out half way. this is causing a terrible noise. replaced the clutch to help with the time being but to properly repair the unit the unit needs a new gearcase to resovle the issue. will return once the parts come in. did not do the motor or belt at this time since i did not want the new parrts to be contamintatedby the oil leaking from the gearcase, will do all parts at once after it has been approved.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11395618 (cap) and 1 WPW10427633 (pulley shield) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10528947 (hub)"

cx complaint the unit is not starting. checked the unit and found that the error code f2e2 is stored. i checked the ui connector on both ends and made sure it was good. still having issues with the unit realizing i am making selections on the ui. ordering ui and control just incase.; ordrng 1 W11478526 (ui panel) and 1 W11614514 (control)
