CX complaint is gasket loose. Inspected and found RC gasket popped out of slot in RC door. Pulled gasket and reinstalled with a little heat and pushed back into place. Verified seal was meeting cabinet of fridge properly. Unit is now repaird and is working properly.

Underneath at the drain pump i am getting 104.7 vac at drain pump but pum,p is not responding. Quoted CX price to replace drain pump W11399437 . Model number wqas incorrect so i corrected the model serial numbers here. CX paid 120.00 for service. Job is complete"

CX complaint is no ice/water. Replaced inlet valve per prior diagnosis. Tested unit after repair and it is now working properly. Bioth water and ice. Job is complete
