Cx complaint light out. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found failed door switch. Replaced with pre-id and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

"CX complai t is that the unit is not washing dishes. I found that the sump & motor has failed. I was able to pull a F4E3 error code. I fou d that motor has power but only humms . I am ordering 1 S&M (W11613479). Once the part is avalible, please have someone form tehoffice callt o set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11613479 (sump &motor)"
