"Customer complaint unit is not making ice after previous tech visit. He had found this unit need a new control due to icemaker not being programmed, pulled unit out and disconnected power. Remove back panel and replaced old control with new reassembled unit and powered unit on made sure temps were properly set. Turned icemaker on and before leaving water valve had turned on to fill icemaker unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

"cx complained water filter was stuck, tested unit and water filter came out fine. cx also complained that when setting water dispenser on auto fill, it fills more than what it is set to. replaced control kit and unit is now working as should."

Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested the unit and found the ice maker has cubes on the tray and I tried to turn but is not moving at all is jammed. The unit will need new ice maker. The customer had a receipt from 8/2022 but the unit was made in 3/2023. Has no registration so i left the POP dispatched by Whirlpool. The unit is less than a year old based on the serial number.
