"cx complained unit not making ice , confirmed cx complaint. installed new icemaker into unit"

Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested the unit and found the ice maker has cubes on the tray and I tried to turn but is not moving at all is jammed. The unit will need new ice maker. The customer had a receipt from 8/2022 but the unit was made in 3/2023. Has no registration so i left the POP dispatched by Whirlpool. The unit is less than a year old based on the serial number.
