"Confirmed cx complaint unit making loud squeeking noise. Found piece of mulch in rear felt bearinig rubbing around bulkhead making a squeeking noise. Removed wood, tested unit, unit still making a slight squeek. Advised cx to use unit for a week, if squeeking persists to call us back and I will order a bulkhead and drum for the unit."

Kyle was courteous and polite. He didn’t find anything wrong with the dryer except that the installer used the wrong ductwork. I still don’t know why the dryer malfunctioned. Hopefully it was a fluke and it never happens again. I’m glad to know it’s not a safety issue. Thank you for looking into it .

Kyle was wonderful. He took the time not only to diagnose the problem with our dryer but educate us on how to prevent further problems with it. He was kind enough to answer my questions on new appliances of today and what to look for in them as we purchase them. I will definitely contact your business in the future for any repairs we need with of course Kyle being the requested technician . You are lucky to have someone like him representing your company!
