Was able to access unit and replace part. Calibrated and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not finishing cycles. Was able to access unit and found model and serial number is missing but the unit was registered. Contacted tradecare. Ok to work on. Found long fill error. Verified valves not opening and replaced with pre-id. Ran unit and found when it starts agitating it shuts down then starts back up due to a software issue in control. Contacted office and spoke to HM. Ordering control and set return for mon 11/8/23; ordrng 1 W11603810 (control)
