"cx complained unit wasnt cooling on the rc side, after inspectng unit confirmed cx complaint, unit also wasnt coolng in fc. after inspecting the evap. there was little to no forst pattern. checked compressor, compressor was hot to the touch. called ss tech . advised me to order compressor and evap. unit will need these parts to work properly; ordrng 1 WP2204605 (thermostat) and 1 WP2254250 (evap) and 1 W10823815 (compressor) and 1 W10843121 (drier) and 1 WP2258450 (starter) and 1 WP2302290 (overload)"

cx says the freezer is building up ice and not allowing the door to close. found the bottom of the freezer liner is frozen over. melted the drain ice and the unit still drains slowly. replaced the drain tube from preid and tested. the unit si now draining good.

No error codes. Customer complaint unit is not drying even with risne aid. I ran test and everything worked the unit is heating and working correctly. I tested the unit and the unit is working fine. Customer stated that he topped the rinse aid in JAnuary and the rinse aid is full. The dispensing is no dispensing rinse aid. Ordering dispenser.
