Everything went extremely well from the scheduling to resolving the issue. The fact that the problem was resolved so quickly made me feel better about the purchase of the whirlpool washer. A very pleasant experience. Technician seemed to be very knowledgeable and even gave me helpful tips. Outstanding Tech. So far so good.
