Cx complaint is that the unit is not making ice and the ice bin had frost and ice built up on the bottom of it. Upon arrival I attempted to run test 44 and the ice maker was not moving. I then found that the ice maker is not getting any voltage. I inspected the bottom door harness and found that the wiring is pinched and has broken wires. I am ordering the door. I am also ordering a 2nd tech to assist installing the door. I informed the cx that the door ships directly to them. Cx will inspect and inform the office when the door arrives.; ordrng 1 W11566705 (FC Door)

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the dispenser. I then started and quick wash cycle and verified that the water is clearing out od the dispenser. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the moisture sensor harness. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit stopped working and got hot. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I then plugged the unit back in and tested the voltage. I found that the unit is getting the correct voltage. I then started a timed cycle and found that the unit turned on spun but did not heat. I accessed the back of the unit and tested the tco and element. I found that the tco is reading OL. I also tested the element to chassis ground and found it to not be shorted. I was able to replace the tco and tested the unit. it is now functioning as intended.

I was able to access unit and replace the auger motor. unit now checks good.
