Cx complaint is that the unit is only drying clothes on the timed dry cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit has proper ventilation and voltage. I tested moisture sensor harness and found that it is reading OL. I am ordering the moistrue senser harness.; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Moisture harness)

Cx complaint is that the dispenser is not getting all of the water out of it. Upon arrival I found that the dispenser still has water in it. I ran the valves and found that the water is flowing properly. I am ordering the Dispenser. Please contact cx when the part is available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11573771 (Dispenser)

"I was able to access unit and replace the gearcase, splutch, actuator and agitator as per previous unit now checks good."

"Applied silcone along the bottom of unit, sealing the inner liner to cabinet. Informed cx to allow 2 hrs for it to dry before opening doors. If condensation develops againg cx will call back"

"Cx complaint unit doesn't dispense ice. Attempted to dispense ice and found the auger motor doesn't rotate the yoke. The yoke is seized to motor. The motor makes loud buzzing noise and doesn't move. Will need to remove bracket with motor, yoke and solenoid attached due to yoke unable to separate from motor. Ordering parts, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11671282 (auger motor) and 1 WPW10169511 (motor coupling) and 1 W11307589 (bracket)"
