"Cx complaint is unit leaks water. After talking to the cx it has only happened twice in the last 6 months and both times were bedding. The cx came into the laundry room to find a bunch of water on the floor and didnt know where is came from. Inspected outer tub, gearcase, inlet valve, drain hose and all other water connections and places the unit could leak from and found no signs of water or that there ever was water coming from unit. Cx is not using to much detergant and not over filling the unit. Informed cx that it is possible the water is coming from an outside source other than the washer. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

Cycled IM and found the factory crimp connection where the water line attaches to the fill tube to be defective. This caused a few dripps to leak every time the IM was cycled.
