replaced and pulled vac oif 29 and filled 77g of r600 and started cooliong.

cx complaiont that unit is not cooling at all and the unit is at room temp and when arrived unit was plugged in and and lights on and etc but no cooling at all. i foudn power going to compressor and makes a grinding/whirlling sound for about few seconds then stops sttempts few times then stops will need ss repair done and collected 120.00 service fee rest under 5yr entitlments and cal lto reschd.; ordrng 1 W11455472 (compressor) and 1 W11200488 (Suction tube) and 1 W11506635 (process stub) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11504445 (coupler) and 1 3count (3 count)

Cx complaint unit leaking. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Ran unit and found leaking from inlet housing. Quoted cx for repair and collected for full amount. Scheduled cx for Thur 7/20/23; ordrng 1 W11172234 (inlet housing)

CX complai t was that the unit would tumble but not heat. I foud that the TCO was Ol. I was able to replace from pre ID'ed parts I advised CX to replace clogged dryer venting and to have a licensed vent cleaning company come to the home and inspect the venting from the wall to the outside for possible air flow blockage. UNit test good.;
