"Cx complains that the unit not cooling properly from day one, inepsted unit, rc temp 44 degrees, Fc temp 17 degrees, the frost pattern on freezer section is not too good, so i ceck the compressor amp and read 2.3 amps. sealed system repair.. order parts, 3 counts job; ordrng 1 W11578205 (compressor) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 1 w11506635 (valve) and 1 w11504445 (coupler) and 1 w11504431 (coupler) and 1 w11578026 (rc evap/assy) and 1 nitrogen (sealed system) and 3 countsjob (3 counts job)s and 1 lockring (lock ring)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit never worked, was just recently installed. Unit tested and it fills and drains, but does not run the wash motor. Gives error code F7E2. Inspection of the motor found the connector fully installed. Motor windings from the control tested good, 16.7 ohms any pin to any pin. Control replaced and unit retested. Wash motor still failed to turn over, gave same F7E2 error code. Sump assembly replaced and unit retested. Unit is working properly. Old sump assembly left with customer."
