Cx complaint led lights out in rc. Found in accordance with Technical Service Pointer, leds out. Ordering kit and once in office will need to set return. Collected for service call as p&l covered by s code; ordrng 1 W11683243 (led module kit)

CX complai t was that the unti had a buring sell. I found that CX was washing large comforter with towels. I found that the drive pulley was rubbing on the insode of the sheild. I was able to lower all 4 feet inorder to raise the unit off of the floor. I recalibrated the unit and ran 2 auto test. UNit completed test with out issues. Unit is opperating as designed. CX install and instruct fulfilled.

"CX complai t is that the unit is making a loud noise. I found that the noise concern CX is hearing is the opperation of the the compressor and the condensor fan motor . I found temps in the RC to be at 36 when set to 38 and the FC to be at 0 when set to 0. I found that the unit isin a extreamly tight cab. I found the unit has the preopper space for air flow at the top of the unit , but none around the sides( please see SDQP's). Unit is opperating as designed. Unit is with in the forst 30 days of ownership."

"Was able to access unit, unable to seperate auger from yoke. Had to replace divider and washer as well for repair. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed."

"CX complains unit is not heating to proper temps. CX states unit is 15-20*F colder than their thermometer that is in the oven. Informed the cx that oven thermomet is not as accurate as the calibrated oven thermistor and that will cause some variation. Heated unit to 350 and let it hold heat for 5 mins. unit is reading 339*F adjusted temp by 10*F. unit now within spec. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
