"CX complains after repair unit reads 100% detergent level even if detergent is low. CX is within 30 day service timeframe. Found unit dispenser sensor to be reading correctly, but dispenser drawer level was not moving due to buildup. Was able to clear buildup from dispenser drawer and slowly filled with detergent. Unit now reads empty, low, 50%, 75% and 100% correctly. Instructed cx when unit detergent drawer is empty, before refilling to impliment a cleaning of the drawer to ensure no more sensing issues. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed."

As per previous tech was able to access unit and replace part. Preheated oven and verified all operations. Unable to reinstall range fully do to cabinets and maintenance will need to correct no further work needed

Cx complaint unit no longer leaks but dispenser not reading and fabric softner dispenser not draining. Was able to access unit and cleaned load and go sensor to correct the first issue. Removed fabric dispenser and cleared excessive build up. Ran unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

CX complaint sometimes unit works sometimes it doesnt. Entered diag and found no saved codes. Found temp sensor reading 70F. Preheated oven to 350F and while preheating checked the drawer and found left side slide disconnected which allowed a pan to fall out and ground itself to ignitor. Corrected slide and allowed unit to pre-heat. Unit preheated 350 and using thermocoupler verified temp and watched it cycle. Unit now checks good no further work needed

Was able to access unit and replace part. Tested unit and unit now operates as designed. Collected for labor no further work needed
