"CX complaint is no cool. Inspected/tested and found unit has 2 issues. LED lights and temps. Unit needs new compressor and RC evap. Entitlements cover parts for 10 yrs. Spoke to Barbie at WPTC. Cannot verify POP and will not adjust goods issue date. Ordering compressor, RC evap, 3way valve, drier and coupler. 3 ct SS job. Unit is a 2017 model bought in 202 and CX does not have receipt. Cherged CX $139 for SC and will owe $700 in labor on return vist. "CX complaint is dryer not always running. Inspected and found that the door switch was broken. Quoted CX $280.55 for cost of repair and he agreed. Replaced switch from VS. After repair I tested and the dryer is now working properly. Job is complete; ordrng 1 WP3406107 (switch-dor FRVS), used 1 WP3406107 (SWITCH FRVS) from stock"

"CX complaint: sometimes no agitate. Tested and verifieed complaint. No error codes. CX showed a video of agitate failing. Underneaath, when i put my hand on the clutch, it was very hot. I replaced the clutch. Slider looked to be in good working order. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete."

Replaced control box and harness per prior diagnosis.Went into test 3 to activate heater and it is now defrosting. Unit working properly. Job complete

"CX complaint is stove flames burning too high and oven over temp. INspected/tested and found several orfices seized in place. Burnerheads warped and wont seat properly. Black soot all over. Even temps too hot and excessive heat has warped bottom panel and it will not seat properly. Ordering oven panel, lp orfice kit, RF orfice holder and burnerhead and caps. Cannot reschedule.
