Cx complaint unit making noise. Was able to access unit and found no saved error codes. Ran diagnostic and no noise. Ran high speed spin and high speed agitate. Calibrated unit. Checked suspension and and slider and unable to replicate the issue. No further work needed

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace parts. Found right number on box but spin basket still didnt fit. Called techline and Spoke to Bruce SR#7735883075. SPin basket or shaft is too tall and spin basket should be parts researched. All numbers match and parts will need reordered and a 2nd tech again to remove unit and install parts like the first time. Parts will ship to cx and they will need to set return once in.; ordrng 1 W11132267 (gearcase) and 1 W10324648 (outer tub) and 1 W10324650 (spin basket)

With the assistance of SR was able to access unit and perform tub swap. When we went to puti in spin basket found basket wouldnt seat. Found correct part ordered but wrong basket sent. Reordering and cx will contact for return. Only 1 tech needed; ordrng 1 W10324650 (spin basket)
