cx complaint that unit is leaking from last repair. i found the dispencer tab wasnt pressed in csusing water to run out. secured and tested no leaks and checks good.

"CX complaint is that the unit is displaying a F3 error code. I was ablke to take a ristanse reading of the temp sensor and found 1.100 KO. I discconected the harness form the control and ,.foudn the same resistanse reading. UNit will need 1 control board. I quoted CX for the cost of repair. I collected $120.00 via credit card. CX informed em that she will replace unit due to age."

"Per the previouse tech, I was able to access and replace the dispenser housing and control board. I was able start a normal cycle and unit test good. Iadvised CX to run white vinagar cycles to help clean and sanitize. Unit test good."

"cx complaint that unit is not cleaning effiecntly and they are having cloudy dishes and silverware coming out they do use organic liquid detergent, and rinse hot water befire rhey did fill rinse aid up comnpletely and after one load it was gone and also have streaks on inside of the door.. may be the excessive rinse aid being driopped. and also an F9E1 dvierter stuck open. per tech sheet to replace control and check if diverter is hot and foudn no hot at motor. will need control and dispencer for rinse aid dispencing leak,..; ordrng 1 W11660282 (control) and 1 W11412300 (dispencer 10@trb)"
