"Customer complaint is that the unit is not working. Customer had the unit unplugged. Unit plugged in and monitored. Condenser fan and evaporator fan turned on. Compressor eventually turned on as well. Checked to see if the unit was cooling and the temperature is steadily dropping. Issue is either with a thermostat or the defrost timer. With the unit unplugged, unable to determine which is causing the problem, but the fresh food thermostat is no longer available. Based on customer description of the unit being completely silent when it fails, suspect the unit is getting stuck in defrost. Ordering defrost thermostat and timer.; ordrng 1 WP68233-3 (timer- def) and 1 WP61005254 (thermostat)"

replaced lid switch tested unit fuinciotnal ans checks good.

"Customer complaint is that the oven is not heating properly. Checked for stored error codes and found F3E2. Checked wiring and elements and found the elements are good(15.5 ohms), no shorts to the frame and the sensor tests good cold(1074 ohms). Same reading for the sensor seen at the control. Power restored and oven tested on bake to 350. Oven reached preheat, but then continued to heat past 400. Control relay is sticking, not opening when it should to stop the oven from heating. The relay finally managed to open and the oven started to cool down. Oven cycled back on around 315 and then cycled off at 363. Oven control believed that it was about 20 degrees warmer than it actually was. Customer had just replaced the oven sensor. Ordering control.; ordrng 1 WPW10586737 (cntrl-elec)"
