"CX complaint is WM not spinning. Inspected/tested and found in spin the agitator just frr spins. Pulled agitator and found unit had a bad drive hub that was stripped out. Replaced hub from VS and put back together. Retested and the WM is now working properly. This is a commercial WM with a 5yr standard warranty so CX was not charged for repair. Job is complete; ordrng 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit FRVS) and 1 look (look), used 1 W10528947 (HUB FRVS) from stock"
