"CX complaint is that items on the top shelf and the and the 2 under have frozen items. I found that the CX is over loading RC and blocking / changing air flow causing frozen items. I also found that when the damper/diffuser is opening and closing it is making a grinding sound . I am ordeirng 1 damper/diffuser (W11236851). Once the contract is approved, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11236851 (diffuser)"

cx complaint that unit is not locking and when arrived i found the strike was not engaging the latch and was able to replace the strike and tested the lock and now checks good. unit is functional.

"cx complaint unit is making noise when in use. inspected unit and entered daig and found f2e1. cleared code ran test 51 and found unit finished with out issue. I lefted unit and found gearcase oil all over cabinet. I removed rotor and found slider was in good working order. unit needs gearcase, I found wash plate was seized. even the bolt was seized. unit needs gearcase, slider, washplate, 2 call count. qouted cx and cx declined. charged cx only for service call $139.00"

"Cx complaint unit doesn't heat. Ran normal cycle and unit didn't heat. Accessed behind the unit and found the thermal cut off didn't have continuity. Replaced TCO using pre-id parts, ran normal cycle, and unit now spins and heats as designed. Unit checks good"

As per previous tech was able to access unit and replace parts. Calibrated and tested unit is operating as designed no further work needed
