"CX complai t is that the unit was making a knocking noise during the agitation. I found that the unit had severla error codes to include a F0E3 , F8E6, and F2E1. I found no concerns with the valve of the control console. I inspected the underside of the unit and found that the rotor cover was stuck to the top of the washer drain pan. I was able to lower the feet to help raise the unit offof the pan. Advised CX to lighten loads if possible and to replace the drain pan due to rotor melting holesin pan. UNit test good. I collected $120.00 for service charges via credit card."

cx complaint sinse last visit unit maked 2-3 batches of ice and thats it. inspected unit and first took a FC temp and found 0 degree. ice bin has maybe 20 small cubes in it. I found ice maker does harvest and when filling with water I found only a small stream of water. i removed water filter and placed in a plug and found water dispensing slowly on door. I removed supply line to unit and found water pressure to unit was low. I advised cx to get a plummer. once pressure is back to normal unit should make ice no issues.

"Cx complaint unit doesn't make ice. Entered service mode and ran test 56, found error code E5 thermistor fault. Ran test 57 and it harvested, ran test 45 several times and no water entered icemaker. The fill tube heater failed. Ice box fan runs and the valve activates and dispenses from door. Ordering icemaker and heater, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11087201 (heater) and 1 W11658802 (icemaker)"
