Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found unit is working properly and working as designed plenty of hot air and plenty of volume coming out the rear found no kinks in line this is a new build cx states hasn't worked properly since day 1. Suspect a issue with the venting to the outside recommended cx have a professional out to take a proper look at the venting unit is working as designed.
