Cx complaint is that the unit is still not deforsting. Upon arrival I found that the cx had just defrosted the unit a day ago. I entered diag and found that the thermistor is reading correct at the console. I then tested the thermistor at the evap and found it to be reading 12.8Kohms. I then entered into defrost and found that the heater is functioning. i called TL and informed them of my findings. WP recommended changing the control. cx complaint unit is not cooling. I found unit was having a defrost failure. I found thermistor was showing open in diag. I found once i moved the mullian connector on back wall the sensor then showed good. called TL was told to crush female side of connector a place mullian connector back together. unit now checks good.
