Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested all 5 burners and broiler for proper opperation. Unit now works as designed. No further work needed.

As per previous visit was able to access unit and tested pressure to find 7psi incoming. Replaced regluator and bake now works. Found broil not to work and the cooktop to still flutter. Removed orifices and found they were lp from the factory instead of natural. Cx had conversion kit which was also lp. Ordering natural gas orifices to correct the issue and once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11435700 (broil orifice) and 2 W11485872 (lf rf orifice)s and 1 W11485873 (lr orifice) and 1 W11485871 (rr orifice) and 1 W11485874 (center orifice)

Cx complaint bake and broil not working. Was able to access unit and verify regulator was set up properly. Tested cooktop and found low flames that were fluttering. Tested bake and broil and found them to spark and valve to open but no gas to come out. Contactced builder and verified unit is on natural gas. Spoke to MX and ordering pressure tester and regulator to come out and verify gas flow and if the gas isnt the issue will need regulator. Office will set return; ordrng 1 gaspressuretester (gas pressure tester) and 1 W11449506 (regulator)
