"Inspected unit, found weld contact between washer and dryer. Unit is having grounding issues when plugged in. Confirmed terminal connection in rear of unit, confirmed ground connections in unit. Issue is occuring as soon as unit is plugged in, not when unit is being used. Unit is not properly grounded at the terminal in home. As soon as power is connected it is grounding through the cabinet instead of the cord and the terminal block. Advised cx to have home electric checked."

Our propane range oven would not reach baking temperature. Jarod diagnosed the problem and found the solution in 3 minutes. The previous technician, Eric, had failed to push the oven gas control rod down to allow the propane gas to ignite. Eric seemed to be in such a real hurry to move on to his next appointment that he overlooked a critical step. Should we need another Maytag range maintenance call DO NOT send Eric.
