"Customer complaint inner door sometimes does not activate door switches after previous visit. He had found the unit needed a new inner door, outer door and door hinges arrived today and inspected unit and found right side of door. Sometimes does not activate door switch brought all parts in customers home to find inner door box to be damaged on the inside and corner to have bent damage Due to shipping. Re-ordering inner door. Also found previous tech did not order sliding arm with rivet to properly replace inner door. We have to have those parts ordering parts return visit and will let customer know once they arrive. cx complaint is the same door open/close issue. cx said after last repair the issue happens more often. tested unit a dozen times and was finally able to replicate the issue. i found if i push the right side of the door slightly the unit will run. door switches and harness have been replaced already. ordering door assemblies and hinges. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11600216 (door assembly) and 1 W11684570 (inner door assembly) and 2 W11598178 (door hinge)s

"cx complained unit wouldnt dispense ice and water, after changing water valve, cx stated unit made ice. but still dispense water. replaced resevior, but unit still continued to dispense ice slowly. called techline , and they advised to replace water tube. after replacing water tube, unit dispense water but at a slow rate. called techline they assisted that i replace water valve again.; ordrng 1 W11162040 (water line) and 1 WPW10179146 (water valve)"

"opened system and was full of freon line i the back frosted up. flushed system with nitrogen then replaced the compressor coupler used uv drier from v/s then vacumed system down and filled to 50g and started cooliung. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD v/s) from stock"

"cx complaint is the unit not making ice and making a whirring noise. cx said it didnt make any ice for a week then started working again. unit is set to recomended temps. prob shows 39/0. ran all fans, all ran quietly. all thermistors pass. found no IM error codes. ran harvest cycle with no issues. ran fill test with no issues. i could not find any issues with the unit. advised cx to call us back is issue returns within 30days. cx paid service call."
