"Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Inspected the unit and found no error codes in step 56. Step 57, it completed a harvest. Step 45 it filled and in step 36, the ice box fan came on. The cx says it works intermittently. . Informed that after we reset the power, it usualy works therafter. We will hold off on the ice maker for now. Job complete; ordrng 1 W11577195 (ice maker)"

"Arr at CX and found the supports on draw are good front supports are good aswell, Explained to CX that this unit draw support system is different then another modle that has the rails, After explaining this to CX they realized that the draw is working as desinged. No parts were needed"
