CX complaint: right RC door gasket splitting. Inspected and verified complaint. I replaced right RC door gasket. Heated and reshaped gasket. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is DW door. Inspected unit and found rust everywhere. Took pics. CX has a P&L auth for this from WP. Ordering front panel. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11461682 (front panel)

"CX complaint: no cool. Tested and verified complaint. 42 in RC and 24 in FC. 4.9 kolms at 62 degrees which is 8 degrees off.30 olms for heater resistance. Evap fan running well. Called TF to go over findings. Documented Evap pic upon removing cover. Quoted CX price to replace control WPW10675033. CX paid for service labor, S&H and part by CC, i had to call office to process. Schedukled return visit for 10/2 AM. No money owed on return visit.; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec)"
