"Per the previouse tech, I was able to access and replace the idler pulley. I then tested unit and unit test good."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining all the water out of the clothes. Upon arrival I found an F0E5. I then attempted to manually run a spin cycle and found that the hub has failed. I then accessed the underside and found that the gear case has oil residue on it as well. I am ordering the gear case and related parts. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11454372 (Gear case) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)

"Cx complaint the right RC door doesn't seal. Inspected and found the gasket is torn and not sealing at the top left. Replaced gasket using pre-id parts, worked out wrinkles and the door seals all around. Unit checks good"

"CX complaint unit makes noise. Ran normal cycle and unit made high pitched sqealing. Removed front panel and inspected pulley, found no belt markings and was able to rotate drum and watch pulley and belt move without noise. Belt has no damage. Re-assembled unit and ran normal cycle and it no longer made noise. Gave cx quote for pulley replacement and thery'll continue to use. Will call back if noise occurs. Cx paid $139 service fee."
