Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I verified the the unit is spinning but not heating. I checked the air flow and the unit is getting good ventilation. I then removed the cover and found that the L2 side of the terminal block has had a thermal event and the wires have separated. I am ordering the termial block and wire kit. I was able to set the return visit for Wednesday 10/4 AM preference.; ordrng 1 279318 (Term wire kit) and 1 WP3397659 (Terminal Block)

Cx complaint is that the unit is not agitating. Upon ariival I found that the agitator is loose from the shaft. I removed the agitator and found that the teeth are stripped out of the agitator. I am ordering the agitator and bolt. I was able to set the return visit for Monday 10/2 PM.; ordrng 1 W10772621 (Bolt) and 1 WP3951744 (Agitator)

"Cx complaint unit won't spin out clothes. Entered diag and found error code F7E5 shifter fault. Ran test and after it agitated, it wouldn't shift into spin. Inspected underneath and found oil leaking from gear case. Gave cx quote for full repair and they'll be purchasing new unit. Cx paid $120 service fee"

"CX complaint is that the unit is not starting a wash cycle . I found that the unti had a F7E1 and a F7E7 error code. I cleared the code and ran a maule test on the low speed spind , I found that splutch never engaged and only the washplate spun. I stoped the cycle and inspected rhe under side of the unit. I found no concerns under the unit . I took a resisatnce reading of the motor and found 8.8 OHM's of resistance. I then recalibrated the unit and reran a auot test. I found the unit to complete the auto test with out issues. was able to run a total of 3 auto test and foun d the unit to be opperating . I am ordeirng 1 control console (W11478524) due to no speaker and a digital line in middle of the display. I am also ordering 1 ACU (W11567712).; ordrng 1 W11478524 (console) and 1 W11567712 (ACU)"

Replaced both doors and they both seal properly. Unit checks good
