Customers complaint is door handle will not tighten. Found the threads on the handle are not right. Rethreaded the handle and all check ok.

Customer complaint is unit does not dispense water. Found frozen water line. Defrosted line and adjusted temp. All check ok.

Customer complaint is not heating at the end of the cycle. Found the error code for no heat. Cleared the code and ran diagnostic cycle. The unit did heat but still gave the error code for no heat at the end of the cycle. NTO control. ; ordrng 1 W11637581 (control)

Installed new parts. Found the water line from the valve to the dispenser is frozen. NTO FF temp sensor.

Customers complaint is unit shut off a week ago and completely turned off but she could hear the unit making a strange noise. Customer unplgged and plugged it back in and it started working. Today it is still working and the temps are good. Advised customr I cannot diagnose a broken unit that is not broken. I quoted customer the price for the controls. Customer is going to wait and see if the issue reoccurs. Collected service call.
