Cx complaint unit not doing anything but flashing F9E1. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found severed wire at the pump. Temp patched and drained water but impellar is grinding. Ordering harness and pump and setting return for Wed 11/29/23; ordrng 1 W11590868 (lower harness) and 1 W11399437 (drain pump)

Cx complaint unit not draining. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Found control sending voltage to pump but not drain. Removed hose and turned on and unit drained into a bucket. Attempted to blow through other hose and found back pressure and no water going through. Cx will need a plumber. Informed cx if they call again and it isnt a unit issue they will be charged service call

"Cx complains unit is not starting cycle. Found unit to show f0s2. Unit has suds in pressure hose, was able to get suds out of pressure hose and calibrate unit. Ran unit through 2 cycles. Unit now works as designed no further work needed."

Justin was right on time (8 AM) to diagnose the problem with my ice maker. He determined that it needed to be replaced, then ordered the part and set up an appointment for Tuesday of the next week.
On Tuesday, he arrived on time, replace the guts of the ice maker and all for a lot less than replacing the refrigerator. I would have Justin return for service on my appliances any time.
