Cx complaint rc gasket torn. Was able to access unit and found right side rc gasket torn allowing in warm air and causing condensation. Was able to replace gasket with pre-id and heat to seat. Unit now checks good no further work needed

"Cx complaint that the unit looses cooling in the freezer and reaches 40F and all items defrost but fridge is maintaining temps. Cx states that another company has been out twice already. Temps at time of visit items in freezer were -1F and rc was 37F. Ran test 1 37F, 2 14F, 3 35F, 4 -2F, 5 35F, 14 4F, 16 22F, 23 66F, 24 62F, 25 66F 26 57F, 28 37F, 29 5F, 30 33F, 31 11F, 33 32F, 34 -16F, 35 29F, 36 -13F, 56 pass, 57 pass, 58 pass, 59 pass. Found the pan stops failed causing drawer to come out to far and interfere with closure and allow in warm air. Contacted techline and spoke to ED went over the findings and at this time no parts needed other than pan stops. Ordered pan stops and once in office will need to set return.; ordrng 1 W10795821 (pan stop left) and 1 W10795823 (pan stop right)"

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace console. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed. Collected for labor

CX complains unit RC LEDS are not working. Found RC LEDs to be dim lit but FC LEDS to be brightly lit. Found 1 LED in RC that was not lit at all and started replacing LEDS per service pointer. After all RC LEDS are replaced unit has no lights in RC. Unit control unresponsice as well. Called techline and spoke to Derek who said unit door switch seems to have failed. Was able to check door switch and found switch itself was fine but the door hinge was loose and not contacting door switch. Was able to adjust and tighten door hinge and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. CX COVERED BY SP. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED.
