"cx complaint unit wont go through a cycle. inspected unit and entered diag and found f2e1, f5e1, f5e2, f7e5. I found lid latch was faulty. I also found shifter was not shifting into spin. unit needs lid latch and shifter. I qouted cx for repair and cx only wants to do the shifter. cx paid in full and I scheduled cx for; ordrng 1 WPW10006355 (shifter)"

Cx complaint is that not all of the lights are illuminating on the touch panel. Upon arrival I found that the Normal LED is not illuminating. I found that the LED has failed in the control. i was able to access and replace the control with the Pre ID'd one. Unit is now functioning as intended. job complete.

"Cx complaint the dishes aren't getting dry. Entered diag and found error codes F7E1 no heat and F2E1 stuck key. Cx stated the left side of console doesn't work all the time and that buttons need to be pressed repeatdly. Ran test cycle and found after wash cycle, the element didn't heat up. Ordering element and will use console on return. Once apporved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W10703867 (element)"

Per previous tech I was able to access and repalce the evap fan. I also found that the cx had the unit defrosted and with no ice under it the drip pan was straight and did not need replaced. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete. I collected the labor charge.
