cx complaint bake doesnt light. inspected unit and found cx had to many items in warming drawer. removed some items and found unit lights every time. unit checks good.

cx complaint unit wont do anything. I found 118.5vac to unit. I found 118.5vac to control and found thermal fuse was good. I found no action from control or console. ordering both. once in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 WPW10175347 (console) and 1 WPW10285179 (control)

"CX complains unit door will not stay closed. Cx is within manufacture warranty. Found unit door latch to not be aligned. was able to realign door and latch and get unit to shut correctly. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"cx complaint units lid lock isnt working and it agitates slowly. inspected unit and entered daig and found f2e1, f5e3, f5e2. cleared codes and ran auto test and found unit finished but did not lock lid. i found latch was the issue. repalced latch with van stock and found unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 W11307244 (lid latch (FG VS))"
