while attempting to removed door screw holding door to hinge point black screw head stopped turning attempted to remove inner door but risk of damaging cook top informed customer is screw is broken while trying to remove wouldnt be able to attach door after customer paid for screw by check; ordrng 1 w10143963 (screw)

Customer complaint is that the unit does not want to change settings after a power failure. Checked power to the unit and power is good. Cycled power to the unit and tested the console. Console is working properly. Suspect power disruption caused the unit to get hung up.

Inner door and hinges replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old parts left with customer.
