CX complaint missing wires. Was able to access unit and removed front panel to find wires bunched up and not connected from the factory. Connected all the wires and plugged unit in and found no display. Checked voltage and found no L1 voltage. Showed cx who replaced breaker and checked voltage again and had 120.2 l1 122.1 l2 and 242.3 from l1 to l2 tested unit unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Was able to access unit and replace valve. Tested unit and unit checks good no further work needed

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace fan motor and harness. Control not needed. Unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not making ice. Was able to access unit and found no ice in mold but ice build up showing leaking valve. Cleared and entered diag to find icemaker harvest and valve fills but small drip which then freezes. Ordering valve and setting return for Thur 11/16/23; ordrng 1 WPW10179146 (valve)

Was able to access unit and replace parts. Unit checks good no further work needed
