"Cs unit is not drying the clothes, confirmed complaint. I found the dryer heats ,tumbles and blows but the vent outside is clogged . Advised to have a vent cleaning svc come out and clean the vent. The squirl cage is completely blocked off. If customer calls back pre-id vent test kit."

Cs steam escapes the door gasket causing Ui to delaminate. Confirmed complaint. Door seal not sealing correctly. Ordering console/UI and door seall.; ordrng 1 W11622631 (console) and 1 W11632709 (UI) and 1 W11035860 (door seal)

"Customer complaint unit switch is broken and the ice maker is not turning on. I tested the unit and found the unit is not making ice found the ice maekr is off. I found the switch is broken. Repalced switch and tested. Unit is back to normal operations. When i installed the new switch this unit had so much slack that is had to force the wire in the line and cracked the liner i put silicone but i they call back about we will need liner fix kit. The ice door please sent to customer they will take care of that. collected in full.; ordrng 1 W11661892 (Door Ice Send to CX) and 1 W11396033 (Switch door), used 1 W11396033 (SWITCH Ir vs) from stock"

"F0E5 off balance, F0E3 overload, F8E1 long fill no fill, F6E3 Acu cannot hear MCU. Customer complaint unit is not dispensing detergent. I found the dispenser on 100%. I ran component activation to the detergent pump and nothing would not dispense detergent. I removed the control panel and found the pump was unplugged. I reseated ran component test again and now is dispensing detergent. Unit is back to normal operations."

"Cs door lock is not locking , confirmed complaint. I found the striker has frayed. . Replaced striker and tested unit. Unit is now working properly"
