Was able to access unit and replace control. Pre-heated oven and no code. Unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Charged with 140 psi nitrogen and verified no leaks with soapy bubbles. Pulled unit into vacuum and charged with 45G R600 and watched unit develope frost pattern. Informed cx to give unit 24 hrs to cool no further work needed"

Cx complaint unit not cooling. Was able to access unit and found that the compressor wasnt running. Verified compressor getting 120.2VAC and after plugging back in attempts to start but compressor is locked. Will need sealed system repair with a sealed system technician along with extra counts for exteneded drive times round trip. Contacted parts and spoke to CT and setting 5 count return for Wed 11/8/23 with TF; ordrng 1 W11572047 (evaporator) and 1 W11578208 (compressor) and 3 W11506635 (process stub)s and 1 W11109499 (filter drier) and 1 876765 (tubing kit)

Cx complaint unit not working showing F1E1. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found F1E1 error. Reset power and code went away. Started preheat back and oven ignited but after 30 seconds the error comes back and oven shuts off. Verified proper polarity of outlet and found 120.5 Volts incoming. Unit will need control. Ordering and once in office will need to set return along with extra count for out of area; ordrng 1 w11620673 (control)

Cx complaint is unit leaking gas. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found a small leak using microbubbles on the regulator leaking from the body of the regulator. Replaced regulator from pre id and unit still had a gas leak. Found the gas line going into the manifold under the cooktop to be less than finger tight causing a significant leak under cooktop. Repaired leak and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.
