Was able to access unit and installl parts. Unit still didnt power on. Unplugged all connections and plugged back in and unit powered on. Cooktop worked but when trying bake it would just click but broil would trip the breaker. Swapped wires on dsi and broil lit but then bake tripped the breaker Called techline and spoke to rob he said to follow W11525530 page 3 and order and replace the harnesses. Once in office will need to contact cx to set return; ordrng 1 W11198972 (harness bake broil) and 1 W11465340 (main harness)

Was able to access unit and replace parts. Found new ice bucket defective. Reordering part and once in office will need to set return JL only; ordrng 1 W11347840 (ice bucket)

CX complaint unit not draining. Was able to access unit and found during testing theres some spots of the timer where it just buzzes and never progresses. Ran unit through spin to verify complaint. Found the shaft of the motor rounded off the drain pump causing failure. Ordering parts needed for repair and setting return for Wed 12/6/23; ordrng 1 WP3954563 (timer) and 1 285753A (coupler) and 1 WP3363394 (drain pump) and 1 WP661600 (motor)

Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit getting hot when they use the cooktop and fan doesnt seem to be doing anything. Cx just had kitchen remodeled and unit installed a month ago but had unit sitting in box since purchase. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found fan turned on but not sucking air. Removed unit and found that the flap wasnt opening when installed becasue of the way the vent was set up causing unit to overheat. Rotated fan to vent into house and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed
