"cx complained unit was cooling in fc or rc side. after inspesting unit confirmed cx complaint. fc said had frost build up on evap cover, took evap cover off to see evaporator was over frosting. tested heated but heater never came on. unit will need heater with evap harness. part on special order; ordrng 1 W11650660 (heater w harness)"

installed ordered part. restored power. unit is now working as designed.

"cx complained unit was making loud rattling noise, confirmed cx complaint. loud grinding noises. after inspecting bottom of the unit, saw lots of gearcase oil on the floor and stator. unit will need gearcase replacement. along with other parts; ordrng 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W11027980 (screw) and 1 W10734521 and 1 W10754448 and 1 W10915701 (motor rotor)"

"whirlpool safety. cx complain ed unit wouldnt turn off by itself. unit turned off and on when pressihng the button. called safety line to report my findings. after runnng diag cycle unbit didnt fill with water. ohmed out the lower harness and got OL. replaced the harness, tried run a cycle on unit but unit would go from sensing to done without washing clothes. replaced control. unit contiuned to the same thing aftger replacing control. drain pump was making loud grinding noise so i replaced drain pump as weel. control board defective. reodering control; ordrng 1 W11513246 (control)"
