Cx complaint that the unit is still leaking on to the drip pan. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no evidence of leaking. I looked under the unit and the leak residue is coming from the right side. I removed the top and look inside the cabinet and there is an accumulation of residue on the inside of the cabinet walls. The slow leak is coming from the dispenser assembly. I replaced the dispenser assembly and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water from the front. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no water in the area or anything wet outside the unit. I removed the kickplate and dispensed water multiple time to identify a leak coming from the tubing. I checked to see if the filter was inserted correctly or if it was leaking. I asked the cx cubes of ice occasionally get stuck in the chute or if water gather in the dispenser area, she said no. At the moment there is no water leaking. The cx said it only happened once, so it's no likely to be a leak from a damaged part. The unit is working as designed.I came out and serviced this unit within 30days of purchase and ordered a nameplate. They never received it. I'm ordering the nameplate again. It can be shipped to the cx.; ordrng 1 W11223753 (nameplate)"
