"Cs unit is making a clicking noise, confirmed complaint. I found the noise is coming from gearcase and and slider making a noise when agitating. Slider and gearcase are in good shape , advise customer unit is working properly. Normal operation."

Neil has had to repair our refrigerator on 2 different occasions in a little more than a year. He is always professional and polite. He has been very helpful. I can't say as much about our Kitchen Aid refrigerator.
It seems to have recurring LED light problems that I believe unfortunately will continue to occur. The unit is only 3 years old and the lights have already failed twice.
