cx says the unit is not heating to the correct temps per their in oven cavity thermometer or the ir thermometer. started the unit to heat to 350f. the unit preheated to 350f in 10 minutes. the 6 temps high and lows averaged to 346f. cx didnt seem to believe me. called tech support and spoke with a derrick to document.

replaced all parts correctly and allow time to cool checks good

"Cx complains about a noise when the unit switch to the spin cycle, i ran diagnostic test mode . no error codes, gearcase sound normal.. but hte clutch sound weird,, order part /// NO RS PLEASE LOOK LOOK the client has to many cats and i'm allergic; ordrng 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 NORSPLEASE (the client has to many cats and i'm allergic also the house smell horrible)"
