Customer complaint unit is not spinning. I found a big conforter inside and when i spun the unit the unit would not turn. I looked under and the splutchs nut has backed out. I applied more locktite and tested unit is spinning. I adviced the cusotmer not to overload the unit and if they do to make sure they are using bulky sheets and deppwater to keep the agitator getting cought and causing the pulled to loosen the nut. Unit is back to normal operations.
