As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit operates as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint loud noise and smoke. Was able to access unit and found interior of range covered in soot and a hole in the bottom of the oven. Found the heating element burst causing the hole and shorted control. Contacted safety. Quoted cx for repair which they accepted and collected the full amount. Once parts are in office will need to set return visit; ordrng 1 W10779716 (element) and 1 W10777210 (oven bottom) and 1 W11088877 (control)

Was able to access unit and replace part. Tested unit and verified operation and no leaks unit now checks good no further work needed

"Cx complaint unit doesn't wash dishes. Entered diag and found error code F4E3 motor fault. Attempted to run test and unit filled but no activation from sump. Ordering sump, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11665769 (sump & motor)"
