"cx complains that the unit still making noises and shakes too much, inspected unit, ran test mode again.. the gearcase make a squeaking noise .. also the suspension is bad, order parts; ordrng 1 w11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11130362 (suspension)"

The tech was helpful but the problem we are having with our washing machine has not been fixed. The machine runs loader then any other machine we have ever had. The solution we were shown was to run half load and to balance the clothes in the machine. We have never had to do that in the past with any other machine. It still
sounds like it is knocking against the wall of the machine. This was not an inexpensive purchase we are really disappointed!
