came out and replace all parts on unit . tested and unit is now running as designed .

"cx complaint not operating or won't start - has power - top load washer checked unit and found unit locking and unlocking and not going passed sense . found unit had no errors stored to unit . checked cap , drain pump etc and everything ohmed out good ordering lidlock along with control to unit . also found while trying to reseat ui and control cabinet warped causing ui to not properly sit on top of unit vary lose also found rust on around the ui where cabinet is warped. ordering cabinet for unit also; ordrng 1 W11627413 (control) and 1 W11670519 (lidlock) and 1 W10676680 (cabinet)"

cx complaint the unit is not spinning. checked the unit and found a loose bolt underneath holding the drive pulley in place. i removed the nut and added locktite to the nut. reseated the pulley on to the gearcase. tested operation. unit is running as designed.

"cx complaint unit not running , checked unit and found unit will turn on and heat up but will not spin . disassembled unit and found thermal fuse has OL , also found connetor to motor unseated not allowing 120 to flow . reseated and replaced thermal fuse tested unit and unit is running as designed advised cx to have vents cleaned for good air flow cx agreed ."
