"Customer complaint is that the unit is not draining or spinning properly. Found the unit unplugged with standing water. Unit plugged in and cycle canceled. Unit drained properly. Turned basket by hand and the basket is out of round. Checked for stored error codes and found none. Ran test cycle and the cycle ran, but spin was not stable. Suspension tested good.
