"customer stated that the unit when start is pushed, the motor will buzz and the unit will go to pause... verified issue, fnd 120vac at the unit and control. tested LB to N and fnd 120vac when start is pushed... unit has faulty start cap.. unit will need the motor and blower assys...; ordrng 1 w11573366 (blower)"
