cx complaint the unit is not heating and when it does not always drying the clothes all the way. checked the unit and found tha the thermal fuse was open. replaced tco. advsied cx to try timed dry on loads that will not beng making contact with moisture sensors. also showed cx location of sensors. unit is running as designed.

came out to replace parts on unit disassembled and replace ice chute notice i didn't have ice maker unit seems to be making ice and at proper temp unit is running as designed

cx complaint washer it shut off in the middle of the cycle and making loud noise and do nothing. checked unit and found drain pump connetion unseated not allowing unit to cycle when turned on . reseated connetion and checked over all other connetions on unit everything checked good . tested unit and everything is running as designed .
